Job DescriptionAbout the role:A Strategy Director will work in multichannel and crossmedia communication projects direction, providing new brand connection solutions, leading approaches to a new business, managing multidiscipline workshops, launching research initiatives, and always result-oriented. Self-sufficient and capable of developing connection strategies and recommendations with total autonomy. Natural project coordinator and passionate for new challenges. Demonstrated ability for high performance team direction for common goals consecution. Versatile, engaged, self-motivated, organized, flexible and curious. How you'd spend your day:Developing and contributing added value in the strategic product of the agency. Definition of presentation structures and storytelling. Coordination of different strategic areas (Insights, Analytics, Content, Performics, Data, etc. ) for its correct integration in strategic projects. Supporting planning teams in the consumer insight's search. Defining and participating workshops, and strategic Company staff training. Participation in forums and work meetings, in order to raise the strategic level. Developing strategic work, both for current clients and for pitches. Helping innovation through inspiration and general knowledge of the communication trends. QualificationsWhat we're looking for:Deep knowledge of all areas that could support integrated communication of an announcer (disciplines, contact points, channels), as well of the essentials characteristics and media uses, and their possibilities interrelation to build more efficient strategies. Advanced knowledge of digital ecosystem. Enough English level to be able to develop all the work, either in this language or in Spanish. Good use of all types of market generic or specific strategic planning apps and tools, consumer listening tools, insights localization, and data interpretation, advanced analytic knowledge, as well as the different types of integrated disciplines of digital communication. At least 7 years in a media agency, having had directly managed accounts and also having had developed and presented various pitches. Previous team management during at least 7 years will be an essential request.
