RecruitGibraltar is helping one of our clients, who is a leading international financial services company, to find a Business Development Manager. The company has a policy of promoting from within and has a dedication to professional training and progression.
You must live in the Gibraltar or Southern Spain area.
What will you do as a Business Development Manager?
Prospect for new clients by networking, or any other means of generating interest from potential clients.
Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will successfully demonstrate value to potential clients and win new business for the Company.
Develop a rapport with new clients, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
Grow and retain existing account by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
What do you know that makes you a great Business Development Manager?
- You will be a self-motivated, target orientated sales person.
- 3+ years of Sales experience in Corporate and Trust sector or business consultancy preferably in financial services, accounting or legal sector.
- Excellent written and verbal English language capabilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be driven; ability to use your initiative
- Hardworking, honest and open
- Company formation, accounting and legal experience is a big advantage but not essential
- A good deal of common sense and an ability to think on one’s feet
Salary circa £30k based on experience, plus commission with benefits package.
