Global Process Owner for IT Change Management

Job description
Accountable for the end to end IT Change Management process definition, documentation, trainings, rollout and modeling of supporting tool(s).
You will:
- Develop and continuously optimize global standards for the process and tools, to enhance efficiency and quality in alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Ensure the ongoing functionality, performance, and integration of these tools.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate IT staff on the processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance and quality control measures for process adherence and data accuracy.
Your skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITSM processes.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing ITSM process improvements in a global organization.
- Proficiency in use and development of ServiceNow
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and ITSM best practices.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- Understanding of risk management and the ability to implement controls to mitigate potential risks.
