DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you willconnect Senior IT/Cyber/Information Security business end users, on a local andglobal scale, to discuss our vendor technologies, and highlight how theIgnition Technology value proposition can support their business strategy. Youwill set up prospect meetings, building strong, on-going relationships and bethe lead contact between IG UK, our vendors, and the customer. This is a high-volume lead generation role, the main vendors you will support are Illumio, Axonius and Orca, with the potential to support others depending on business need.
As the Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Understandthe Ignition technology value preposition
- Developand maintain knowledge around our vendor technologies
- Developa strong understanding of your customer accounts and where theysit within the market
- Initiatethe first step of the IG and vendor pipeline by identifying new salesopportunities
- Organisevirtual meetings with our UK teams and the vendor
- Meetcall out and KPI targets to ensure properly qualified leadsare established for the Vendor and Ignition Technology
- Contacta minimum of 40 different/ new decision makers on a daily basis, with theaim of booking a minimum of 5 meetings a month and ensure a minimum of 3meetings attended
- Attendclient meetings and be the point of contact for the customer for Ignitionand the Vendor going forward:
- CRMManagement
- Relationship Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
- Previous telemarketingor lead generation experience would be advantageous, ideally withinthe enterprise software space
- NativeEnglish speaker – additional European language would bean advantage
- Mustbe based in Madrid and a legal resident of Spain – with remote/hybridworking available
- Researchskills – experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator would bebeneficial
- Aninterest in software and cybersecurity with a thirst forknowledge and to develop knowledge and understanding of our industry.
