Arxada is looking for a Senior Power Platform Manager who oversees and manages tasks in projects assigned in the Business Application workstream. Essential Job Functions: Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects related to Power Platform development. Experience in creating, growing, and fostering a Power Platform Center of Excellence from scratch. Architecture definition (environments, tools, deployments, code repository) and best practices for Power Platform governance (Life Cycle Management, naming conventions, data consumption, theming, etc. ) Requirement definition with business and development of new applications. Work with external parties to develop new solutions and maintain existing ones. Project follow-up with stakeholders (IT and Business). Good communication functional and technical skills to take requirements and deploy solutions. Serve as a passionate ambassador for automation within the company, actively promoting its benefits, conducting training sessions, and effectively communicating its value across all levels of the organization. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other related technologies. Microsoft SQL and Microsoft PowerBI knowledge (data modelling, security, DAX language) Microsoft Azure knowledge (data platform: Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, Key Vault, etc. ) Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment. Proven experience collaborating closely with the business to comprehend requirements, acting as a strategic partner, and proposing innovative solutions. Proven experience in conceiving, building, managing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions and pipelines with a proactive mindset and pragmatic approach. Experienced in building and deploying AI solutions. Ability to identify project risks and define mitigation actions. Experienced with agile tools (Jira, DevOps, ServiceNow) to track and manage project progress. Organize the integration of system enhancements into existing IT business applications. Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment. Outstanding oral and written communication skills (e. g. , documenting technical runbooks/procedures) in English and Spanish.
