Descripción del empleoGestionar los recursos humanos y materiales de la oficina para asegurar el cumplimiento de los , procesos y niveles de calidad establecidos por la dirección de GOLDCAR
·Se responsabilizará del correcto funcionamiento de la oficina y/o del parking durante su turno de trabajo.
·Se encargará de la resolución de aquellos problemas de relevancia que surjan de la atención al cliente y que no puedan ser resueltos directamente por el gestor de reservas o controladores de vehículos.
·Se encargará de atender cuestiones derivadas de la gestión de los contratos de alquiler de vehículos y demás elementos propios del negocio.
·Otras tareas relacionadas al cumplimiento de las necesidades del negocio.
Requisitos• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en operaciones
• Inglés alto a nivel de conversación
