Role Description

As a Nederlands Sprekende Recruiter working remotely, you have the freedom to work from any part of the world. Your daily duties will include sourcing and recruiting top-notch candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates, creating a pipeline of talent.

You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and help them find the best candidate.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Comfortable working in a remote setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
