WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Identity Delivery Manager, you will be a key function within Cyber CTO organization to accomplish an effective transformation within the group. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Technology thought leader to lead the team and build a robust security architecture integration driving technology quality, repeatability, automation and resilience across the Global Identity Platform service lines. In addition, this role guarantees the alignment to the Global CTO Strategy and Principles and with the Cybersecurity Framework and Global CISO Policies.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Drive the creation and delivery of a consistent, coherent and fit-for-purpose Digital Identity Security Reference Architecture, by establishing and operating governance over technical security standards in order to foster the integration of our solutions.
Generate impactful and compelling documentation, including presentations, reports, and visual materials, to convey the vision and key concepts related to the Identity strategy to different audiences, including definition of integration frameworks, principles and security capability models.
Drive the integration of enterprise technology solutions for adherence to security principles, supporting the creation of a group-wide technology strategy, having in mind integration capabilities within local architectures.
Lead platform adoption within all entities in Santander group, ensuring adequate integration projects and maintaining continuous inspiring, communication and coordination with the local owners of the Customer Identity Platform.
Provide visionary leadership and collaborate closely, guided by the CTO vision, with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute projects involving strategic technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence) that drive the growth and success of our organization in the field of security and identity.
Maintain a strategic and future-oriented focus, anticipating emerging needs and challenges in the identity field and proposing proactive initiatives to address them, enabling the delivery of that solutions with a clear definition of shared roadmaps with local owners, eliminating technology risks and unsupported technologies.
Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements in the field of CIAM and Digital Identity, maintaining constant contact with vendors and partners to explore new technological trends and solutions that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our worldwide operations.
Identify and design security technical assets, components and patters to be used across software development squads, providing guidance and training to them.

EXPERIENCE
At least 15 years of experience in leading technology strategy, architecture and/or engineering in a global financial organisation. Experience in UX patterns is a plus.
Experience with all aspects of secure design, build, engineering and deployment of Security Architecture at an enterprise level.
Experience of developing a people strategy, influencing relevant stakeholders and decision makers, and executing decisions efficiently and consistently.
EDUCATION
STEM bachelor’s degree required.
Master and/or technical certifications and /or MBA.
Participation in courses, seminars, or professional development programs related to effective communication, presentation skills, and leadership are a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Broad knowledge of multiple technology domains, including networks, technology platforms, cloud platforms, systems development, and operations.
Expert knowledge of a broad range of information security controls to protect on-premises and SaaS based architectures.
Proficient with security controls and countermeasures including practical experience with identity management, cyber-security, and IT processes / solutions.
Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple international projects simultaneously, set priorities, and drive successful outcomes.
Experience with modern solution engineering approaches such as build and test automation, continuous integration, continuous deployment, Blue-Green, Agile, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, virtualization, containerization, serverless, and the technologies that support these approaches.
Technical hands on experienced and with a good understanding of common technology platforms and security technologies.
Proficient in English and Spanish written and spoken.
OTHER INFORMATION
Availability to sporadically travel abroad to coordinate with other Santander Group teams.
