Job description
From the automotive industry in Capgemini, we are looking a profile like yours: with experience as a Project Manager. The main role is in the area of automotive plastic products, the main tasks are planning, coordination, cost control, supervision of all ongoing activities of assigned projects, where we work in collaboration with one of our main clients in Polinya.
Other key tasks for the position:
•Be the technical link between the client and the company.
•Perform Program Management tasks and subtasks according to the Plastic Dual in line Package process.
•Carry out control of the real situation of the projects under its charge in relation to the established objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
•Carry out corrective actions in case of deviations and alert the organization about the situation.
•Control monitoring and negotiation of deadlines and quality terms of projects in front of the client.
•Complete documentation according to the Plastic Dual in-Line Package process.
•Report on the status of the project in terms of costs, deadlines and quality to the Program Management.
•Project Budget in the specification of the measures to optimize the Plant's contribution during the project.
•Coordinate the different Departments involved in the project. Locate the critical points of the project in advance.
•Guarantee the correct development of the project from its beginning to its industrialization by leading the defined multidisciplinary work team.
•Guarantee the development of the project in accordance with the specifications agreed with the client.
•Preparation of technical documentation that will serve as a basis for the acquisition of projects and making offers for new projects.
Desired requirements:
• Knowledge Mechanical Engineering
• Good Computer
• 3 years of experience in project management in automotive
• Experience in the development and conception of plastic parts and their production processes injection
