That’s why we need a Manager IT CRM Administrator/Business like you. Mission Support Diagnostics Sales/Marketing and Customer Technical support (CTS) teams on the creation, definition and monitoring of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Sales, Marketing projects and CTS within Salesforce technologies (Salesforce means Sales Cloud, Marketing cloud and ServiceMax) in close collaboration with Grifols IT. What your responsibilities will be Relationship Management and Solutions Delivery Develop and maintain business relationships with key business stakeholders on key functional areas to ensure Salesforce needs are being addressed and maintained Gets involved and leads the requirement gathering process and scheduling required workshops to lead the application design process Develops and maintains relationships with external service providers to ensure that business requirements and priorities are being addressed Assists in recommending changes to improve sales and marketing effectiveness. Have a clear, continuous collaboration with Grifols IT Project Implementation and Management Leads the Salesforce project planning process, contributes on cross-functional teams through the lifecycle of the application development, and leads teams in collaborating to assemble a project plan that meets the end user goals Execute and tracks the progress of project deliverables, monitoring progress against schedules, , team effort estimations and addressing issues, and ensuring on-time completion and delivery Provides regular status updates regarding project activities to team members, stakeholders, and project leaders. Applies appropriate judgment in determining when to escalate issues to senior management Technical Support Provides end user support and consultation on application incidents and change requests. To enhance efficiency and a better “time to market, ” should be skilled in Salesforce and have access to configurations to apply configurations to the systems and data fixes / data loads without the need to request IT Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience Experience should include managing projects in Sales, Service and Marketing using Salesforce. Salesforce certifications for Sales and Marketing Cloud are required Managing projects with remote teams and various cultural backgrounds, user requirement gathering and technical writing of functional models Proficiency with MS/Word, MS/Excel, MS/PowerPoint Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish skills Self-motivated (must take ownership of issues and projects to ensure continued progress) Strategic and critical thinker Be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Quick learner with a desire to learn, and detail oriented, but with a practical view of best “time to market” solutions that fit the requirements Ability to travel nationally and internationally What we offer It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone with the right talents.
