Join our dynamic International Customer Service team in Ceut! We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent who will be an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a multi-channel environment. This role offers a unique opportunity, combining the responsibilities of a Customer Service Agent with the leadership duties of a Senior Agent, ensuring both frontline engagement and managerial tasks are executed seamlessly.
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering superior service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Team Manager, managing shifts effectively, overseeing team coverage, and leading the onboarding process for new agents. Additionally, you will handle various tasks such as crediting bonuses, managing Salesforce, resolving stuck sessions, and escalating issues to relevant departments.
As a Senior Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries across multiple channels while ensuring adherence to quality standards and key performance indicators. Your tasks will involve understanding our brands and business goals, resolving product or service-related issues, contributing to process improvements, and providing education on our products to enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in Contact Centre systems, company policies, and procedures will be essential in delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
