Job description
This position is highly cross-functional, involving various aspects of business and management. It entails direct interaction with the executive team, a constant learning curve, and also involves dealing with suppliers or potential acquisition targets. Direct interaction with companies throughout the international group and direct reporting to the Corporate Business Analyst Director. - Monitoring the business evolution of group companies, consolidating commercial reporting, and reviewing the performance of the specialized units within the group companies. - Ensuring compliance with the budget of various companies in terms of sales, EBIT, and EBITDA, with monthly supervision of the evolution of key P&L; items. - Developing Business Cases and/or providing support in specific analyses for the management with a high level of analytical skills. Occasional analysis and/or support in negotiations with suppliers or as per management requirements. - Leading the planning process for annual group plans and budgets. - Interaction with local Business Analysts of group companies and proactive advice on operational and/or management aspects of the commercial area. - High proficiency in BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Reporting to the Corporate Business Analyst Director. Business Analyst - Commercial Controller|Pharmaceutical growing company located in Sant Cugat del Vallès- We are seeking an individual with a university degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or similar, with 3 to 5 years of previous experience in an auditing position or in commercial management, along with a high level of proficiency in Excel and English. Experience in the Hospital Sector and proficiency in SAP and Qview will be valued. - We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person, results-oriented, with a commercial vision, high analytical and data processing skills, and eagerness to embark on a career with ample professional growth. - High level of English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
