As our Senior Financial Controller, you'll assume a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the financial intricacies that define the fiscal health and integrity of our luxury real estate company. Your expertise will be instrumental in steering the financial destiny of our high-end properties and shaping the future of luxury living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that optimize profitability and fiscal integrity. This includes extensive financial modeling and forecasting.
* Financial Reporting and Analysis: Spearhead the preparation of advanced financial reports and perform in-depth financial analysis to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the real estate and financial sectors. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks effectively.
* Cost Optimization and Control: Implement rigorous cost management practices, seeking opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction in project expenses, while maintaining uncompromised quality.
* Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with various departments, including construction, sales, and marketing, to align financial objectives with the overarching goals of each luxury property.
* Strategic Financial Initiatives: Participate in developing and executing financial initiatives that align with our mission of delivering unrivaled luxury experiences to our clients.
Requisitos mínimos
Requisitos mínimos:
* Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA)
* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in financial management, with a strong focus on real estate finance
* Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting Proficiency in financial software and advanced tools
* Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ethical financial practices An inherent passion for the intricacies of luxury real estate finance
