Background:
Over the past few months, Qualifyze has undergone a significant restructuring of our data structures and teams. This transformation has led to the creation of two specialized departments: Data and Business Intelligence. The Data team is dedicated to handling all aspects of Data Engineering tasks, while the Business Intelligence team is responsible for business (requirements, definitions, terminology), analysis, and reporting.
We are actively searching for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our analytical capabilities. The primary responsibility will revolve around enhancing our understanding, tracking, and optimization of the Sales funnel. Additionally, the Analyst in this role is expected to address analytical needs across various departments, necessitating the development of cross-departmental knowledge and business acumen.
The role also entails occasional hands-on participation in the creation of Dashboards and Ad-hoc analysis. In essence, the Analyst in this position will be pivotal in Qualifyze's pursuit of a comprehensive understanding of our Customers and Sales funnels, driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
MainResponsibilities
In order to achieve our goals, the Business Analyst will need to work very closely with and collaborate extensively with diverse business stakeholders within the company. Therefore, effective communication between the Business Analyst and business stakeholders is essential for successfully translating requirements into actionable insights and ensuring the delivery of valuable analytics solutions that align with business goals.
Below is a list of key responsibilities involved in this role:
Analyse and thoroughly understand our current processes and Sales & Marketing funnels.
Define new KPIs and metrics oriented to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales processes.
Define metrics and analysis for rest of departments.
Maintain, expand and adapt our analytical business logics to evolve in tandem with the company's growth.
Take requirements from business stakeholders.
Expand and maintain our Glossary.
Help defining Business definitions and processes.
Perform data sanity checks (from the business logics perspective) to validate new data structures.
Perform Ad-hoc analysis.
Our ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar fields.
3+ years previous experience as Business Analyst or similar.
Solid understanding of Sales Analytics.
Previous experience working in a SaaS and/or B2B company.
Previous experience taking requirements from Stakeholders.
Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written). The entire hiring process will primarily be conducted in English.
Meticulous and detail oriented person that ensures the quality of their work.
