With the F&B staff members, the team at NOVOTEL BARCELONA CITY is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations based on the chef’s choice.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Novotel Barcelona City if you are passionate about gastronomy and service.
During this internship you will learn a lot about the operational and non-operational aspects of F&B. You will assist the F&B management team with administrational tasks such as cost control and other financial tasks, scheduling, project controls, purchasing, and assist in the creation of diferent events. Besides, you will also assist in the operational parts within the F&B department.
Novotel Barcelona City has 264 guest rooms, 5 meetings rooms, and a large restaurant and bar in the main floor. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service and also MICE services in meeting rooms. We have a nice restaurant/bar for our guests to enjoy a drink in the rooftop with views to the city.
