Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Play the role of Agent Bank, with a focus on Infrastructure/Project Financing, keeping direct relationship with borrowers, the lenders and the legal advisors, in order to proactively manage financing operations with a decision-making approach;
• Analysing and preparing the new deals in cooperation with the Front and the Back Office
• Monitoring the borrower's obligations as per legal documentation (KYC, collaterals, covenants…);
• Managing the events that may occur during the lifecycle of the financing operation (syndication, drawdowns roll-overs, waivers, amendments, extensions, prepayments/repayments, restructuring…);
• Producing and checking reports in relation with the managed operations.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience is the same role;
• Knowledge of financing operations, agency, financing documentation, financing middle office activity;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Italian and English (at least B2);
• Committed to travel to meet current and prospective clients;
• Teamwork, accuracy, reliability.
