Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo global y local. Definir "dónde jugar" y "cómo ganar", y garantizar que los recursos y las iniciativas se asignen en consecuencia. Asegurar las negociaciones maximizando las inversiones, la consecución de los objetivos y la obtención de información. Impulsar el intercambio frecuente de mejores prácticas e información y coordinar con el equipo funcional formado por Ventas, Finanzas, Customer Operations, Media, CMI y Marketing. **Liderazgo de equipos y fortalecimiento de network interna**: Desarrollar el equipo e impulsar la cultura de performance y cross digital fertilization en las áreas con las que interactúa. Fortalecer y garantizar la dinámica cross de planificación, ejecución y medición de clientes con los Key Accounts. Establecer objetivos y prioridades ambiciosos inspirando al equipo a ir por más. Brindar apoyo permanente a las áreas con las temáticas vinculadas a comercio electrónico y tendencias. **QuickCommerce**: Gestionar las negociaciones anuales y desarrollar los JBP & activación. Administrar la relación general y fortalecer la posición de las categorías. Gestionar el portafolio y garantizar la ejecución. Maximizar el desarrollo de QC 1P y partners. **Omnichannel, PDM & Pharma**: Impulsar el desarrollo del canal eCom en los clientes. Definir el JBP de las cuentas con los KA estableciendo objetivos claros e intercambio de información. Establecer vínculos estrechos con las áreas internas para asegurar excelentes planes de categorías y su respectiva activación. Apoyar a los clientes en el establecimiento de Perfect Store Online manteniendo los estándares definidos. Liderar el plan de desarrollo de clientes omnichannnel de la mano de los Key Account Omnichannel asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y desarrollo de capabilites y wows. Acelerar la digitalización en clientes off-line, construyendo matriz de contacto y relación para crecer en el canal eCommerce, así como crear reuniones específicas del canal, etc. Explorar **nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento** del canal. **Data mindset management**.
