Job description

Altiant, a fast-growing organisation specialising in data collection and market research in the luxury and wealth management field, is looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing professional who can deliver measurable success. Our ideal candidate is experienced and highly motivated, an excellent communicator, and can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their initiative. The primary focus of the role is to develop and execute the marketing plan, including a solid ground for lead generation (website, social media presence and earned media) and long-term partnership deals to grow our community of HNWI. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of increasing sales revenues through marketing activities. Secondly, they need to have experience in luxury and/or wealth management. This position is based in Barcelona, Madrid or Paris with possibility for remote work and European business travel. The company operates in English. For more information about our company, please go to Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Communication Implement the marketing strategy and the efficiency of Altiant's communication plan; Manage UI/UX Design developments on the B to B (altiant.com) and B to C (luxuryopinions.com) websites; Develop marketing collateral material in line with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice to support the Business Development team. Most of the design is operated in-house. Some include working with communication agencies and data visualisation designers; Manage brand awareness and positioning campaigns on traditional and social media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram); Develop partnerships with conference organisers, professional organisations, universities and media Organise initiatives to engage with existing clients (luxury and wealth management brands such as webinars or joint reports; Responsible for members' lifecycle and life-value management; Design marketing initiatives in connection to LuxuryOpinions' loyalty system. 2. Partnerships development Develop business partnerships to recruit Affluent and HNWIs across 15 countries. Identify solid prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound recruitment opportunities via online mechanisms such as but not limited to SEO, website optimisation, Linkedin Campaigns… Maintain well-organised, up-to-date and accurate partnership information and activity reports through a CRM system. Required Experience 3-5 years' proven experience in marketing and partnerships with some in the luxury and wealth management fields; Proficient in the use of social media tools and engagement platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimisation, Mailchimp, Canva; Experience in B-to-B sales, preferably in a data-driven environment, market research or IT sector. Understand the Luxury and wealth Management market dynamics and requirements; Experience working collaboratively in a combined partnerships & marketing team; Required Skills • Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills; • Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills; • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude; • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs, social networking tools, Squarespace, Umbraco; • Good organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize; • Must have a high level of fluency in the English language. French, German, Arabic and Chinese are a plus; • An honours degree in a relevant discipline, preferred but not essential; • Willingness to travel and work with global professionals; • Must be passionate about Luxury!
