At Factorial we are looking for an experienced Product leader who will be responsible for building/owning/executing the roadmap for the Financial suite of Factorial. We are building a next generation peoplecentric ERP that brings cuttingedge automation and actionable insights to change Small and Medium Businesses landscape forever. It makes financial management ridiculously simple and beautiful.

We are looking for a leader who knows everything about ERPs fintech products financial management services and markets. They know well the integration ecosystems they have wrestled integrating multiple systems in the past and they have gained experience in the nitty gritty of some of the systems in the market.

The Role
As a Product Director of Finance this person will manage a team of Product Managers who will own parts of the Financial ecosystem: Procurement and expense management Project Management Invoicing Treasury Accounting etc.
They will manage the budget and forecast the impact of the business for the whole domain of products. They will own the overall roadmap and execution of the domain from costs to revenues. They will own the connection and phased implementation of the necessary go to market motion.

Your Profile

• Pricing : They know how to calculate and price value in SaaS.
• Market research : They have experience understanding the competitive edge of their products against the other players in the market. They understand each players position in terms of target quality value and pricing.
• Go to market : They have experience in staged deployment of go to market initiatives from marketing sales to customer success.
• Product Design Quality : They have a clear compass of the best designed products in the market. They are always testing new products and services that come out and they build strong opinions around them.
• Technology : They understand the complexity of building software. They can compare the cost and time of building two separate solutions and clearly identify the most simple. They are always learning new technological edges that to be used in the product.
• Prioritization and practical business mindset: They deeply understand the importance of deadlines and timeboxing efforte therefore they understand how to cut scope and movilize resources to focus on the few most relevant features to win in the current stage of the go to market deployment.
• Leadership roles and entrepreneurship: we value hugely that they started a company on their own in the past and they had to convince and influence other talented people to join them. We value previous leadership roles (CEO/CTO/CPO). In any case anything that can prove us that they had to recruit and influence talent to build a great product.
