Your mission As a Product Lead Payments & Compliance, your primary responsibility is to demonstrate expertise and an unwavering commitment to delivering VALUE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, encompassing Data, Design, Business, Finance and Technologists to formulate strategies positioning our payment platform as a standout player in the market. A profound grasp of the "Payments Solutions" model is essential. Within this model, our platform serves two distinct elements: Clubs : We provide a comprehensive payment solution, assisting clubs in efficient transaction management. Players: Primarily, our platform offers a seamless payment experience, whether through apps or websites. However, it's crucial to recognize that our platform is not just what it currently is but a dynamic transformation into a leading force in the payment industry. Your mission is to create an environment where USERS ASPIRE TO TRANSACT. Beyond merely facilitating transactions, your goal is to ensure that users find ease and satisfaction through our payment platform. It's not about improving the platform; it's about making our payment solution an integral part of users' financial experience by consistently delivering meaningful value. What you’ll be doingLead the Payments/Finance platform product roadmap, overseeing a specific set of features from ideation to implementation. Define the projectthe project scope and communicate requirements to the Design & Technology team for seamless execution. Ensure projects are executed and delivered in a timely manner. Provide clear and comprehensive communication on project status and any changes. Take full accountability for projects and feature launches. Manage stakeholders at the project level. Collaborate across functions to guide product development from concept to launch, aligning user needs with business requirements. Address larger or complex problems by breaking them down into manageable subprojects and coordinating between teams when necessary. Consistently drive impact by translating customer insights into actionable and impactful projects. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects of medium to large size. Our Ideal "Player"Seasoned Payments Product Manager with a proven record of success in either banking, fintech/paytech, and/or SaaS enabled marketplace. Excellent knowledge of various areas of a business – from sales, to payments, finance, legal and compliance.
