People Operations Trainee

Job description

Greenvolt is looking for a  People Operations Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As People Operations Trainee you will take part in all different people initiatives at an international level interacting with diverse teams across the global business and HR function.

Key accountabilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Contribute to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.

• Assist with labour documents with local provider

• Assist with IT Management

• Support the employee throughout their life cycle in the company

HR Administration & Payroll:

• Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

• Assist with benefits administration and employee documentation.

• Support with international payroll management

• Support on invoice and employees expenses management

Employee Relations:

• Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.

• Collaborate on projects related to employee relations and data management

Corporate Transversal HR Process

• Support on Performance Management implementation and tool management

• Assist with Data Management on our internal HRIS

Qualifications:

- Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or other related areas 

- Proficiency in MS Office, specially advanced excel 

- Fluent in English and Spanish 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. 

- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. 

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
