We are seeking a talented individual to take on the exciting role of overseeing the financial health and compliance of our assigned EMEA legal entities. As the Finance Operations Accountant , you will have the unique opportunity to drive change and transformation agendas at the local level, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements, managing tax and statutory aspects, and driving compliance with internal controls.

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive accuracy and completeness of financial statements (Monthly IFRS and Statutory)
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports and statutory accounts
• Support tax audits and GAAP conversions
• Ensure effective control environment is in place
• Act as a change agent to drive sustainable transformation across local entities
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions ensuring cross collaboration to deliver the best solution

Qualifications & Experience:

• Business fluent in English
• Certified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
• 5-10 years of experience in an international environment - preferably from a global operating company
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills
