Together, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients' teams remotely in the EU or on-site in LondonPosition:Recruiter with English - US Engineering/ConstructionLocations and work model:Remotely/work from home from anywhere in the EUOr on-site in LondonEmployment type:Full-timeRemuneration model:Base salary + commissionsDuties and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clientsConduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employedLeverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients’ vacanciesManage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlistsProvide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefitsPrepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clientsFacilitate interviews for candidates as per client requestsCommunicate interview results to candidatesNegotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidatesOffer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progressionWork diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leadsRequirements:Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for the Engineering/Construction industry in the US as a contractor (e. g. agency, RPO etc. )Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in English language (C2/native)Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skillsMaintain a confident and positive attitudeAbility to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targetsDisplay strong organizational and administrative skillsCollaborative and team-oriented mindset Offer:Competitive base salary with uncapped, tiered commission structures, meaning you can earn highly significantly on top of your basic salaryMeritocratic development – fast career progression is guaranteed for those who achieve results in their role, alongside close collaboration with the business founder and senior leadership teamFantastic support from junior sourcers who have received high-level training, allowing you to meet the needs of your clients and build stronger relationships, leading to future opportunitiesLong-term incentives which include the potential of stock options or similar for those who support the growth of the organisationInternational travel and expenses for face-to-face client meetings, meaning you can build stronger relations with your teamRelocation assistance that includes an affordable apartment waiting for you, to help you integrate at the start and really make the most of the location#J-18808-Ljbffr
