We are currently looking for an IT Project ManagerOur partner, is a global company in the industrial energy sector. With presence in USA, China and Europe (currently expanding in Spain). Will be responsible for leading and executing IT projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet the organization's business and technological objectives. The Role: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of SAP implementation projects, rollouts, migrations, and support. Develop detailed project plans, identifying necessary resources, timelines, and budgets. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the project. Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including internal staff, external consultants, and other necessary resources. Ensure the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Requirements: Proven experience of more than 5 years as a Senior IT Project Manager in corporate environments, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, rollouts, migrations, and support. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Deep knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project management certification (e. g. , PMP) is preferable. Fluent in English. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, functions, and formulas. Experience with project management tools. We offer: Hybrid Position.
