What are we looking for?

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our management and leadership team across various tasks. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations. This multifaceted role demands a well-rounded individual who can seamlessly transition between high-level strategic coordination and hands-on, repetitive tasks with equal dedication and efficiency.

What will you be doing?

• Project management - participate and where assigned, lead, cross-functional projects of variable size and complexity, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and manage resources.
• Coordination and facilitation - act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and communication. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and assist in project planning and execution.
• Report management - regularly update and maintain various reports. Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making processes.
• Communication - serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate updates, changes, and relevant information effectively across different levels of the organization.
• Operational support - assist in a variety of operational tasks as needed by the management team. This includes both strategic initiatives and routine, repetitive tasks.
• Problem-solving - following the guidance of the management team, identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Process improvement - within the scope of the responsibilities assigned to you, continuously seek ways to streamline and improve operational processes for increased efficiency.

Requirements

What you will bring along?

• Flexibility to handle a wide range of tasks, from strategic to minute and repetitive.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, with a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse set of tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in office software and tools (specifically, Google Workspace, spreadsheets), including report generation and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
