Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Special Process Painting -Gluing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll support operators in their daily work. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, quality), guarantee operator follow-up and provides them with special process training at the workplace and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the proper execution of the Special Processes in the production workshop through the monitoring and indispensable support to assure 5 M ( Manpower, Mother nature, Means, Materials, Method) , but also ensuring adequate training for current or new incorporated operators.
We’ll look to you for:
- Verify that operators have at their disposal the technical and documentary means necessary for the proper execution of their tasks
- Systematically inform the SP Painting-Gluing Coordinator of the deviations and problems identified.
- Has technical authority over welders in the field of SP Painting - Gluing.
- Validates semiannual reviews of operator' qualifications.
- Assists workshop managers in their tasks related to Painting - Gluing techniques.
- Participate with the verifier in the control of the first piece executed
- Control and follow the performance of any new operator in the workplace.
- Verify the proper use of SP instructions
- Verify the correct use of Painting -Gluing materials.
- Seeks improvements for Painting -Gluing works jobs, assemblies, materials and manufacturing conditions in general.
- Participate in the technical choice of new Painting -Gluing materials.
- Participate in the startup of the new equipment.
- Support the Manufacturing Quality department in the visual inspection of Painted -Glued components.
- Prepare the necessary technical means (substrates, mixer compositions, consummables and contribution products) for the training / certification of operators performing Painting -Gluing procedures and models.
- Ensures proper training of contracted Operators, through practical tests.
- You must ensure that each operator reaches the conditions that are necessary to obtain their certification and to be operational in manufacturing in the shortest possible time.
- It can guarantee only the basic training of operators: recognition of defects & failures, reading of documents, recognition of Painting -Gluing products and consummables, current and preventive maintenance of the material, hygiene and safety linked to welding.
- Keeps track of OPERATOR trainings up to date and available to the Painting -Gluing Coordinator.
- Versatile in terms of Painting -Gluing processes, familiar with all materials.
- Painting -Gluing first of all, is available to the Painting -Gluing coordinator at any time to make the samples & validations necessary for manufacturing.
- Likewise, under the responsibility of the Painting -Gluing Coordinator, he performs welding tests for the evaluation of contribution products and new Painting -Gluing equipment.
