WAME is the sports social platform that is revolutionizing the way young athletes connect with their teammates, families, coaches and other sport entities. Our mission is to empower sports institutions and young athletes everywhere to reach their full potential.

We do this with a huge variety of technologies, solutions, and infrastructure to reach the performance expected. We recently transitioned from an MVP to full production, which is an exciting time for the company.

We're embarking on a growth journey, building our initial teams. Your expertise will be crucial in the roots of the methodology. Enjoy a flexible work schedule and the option to work remotely two days a week in a dynamic environment. 

About the role   

As a  UX/UI Designer  at Wame, you'll play a key role in enhancing our software for a variety of sports applications, catering to players, clubs, and coaches in both B2B and B2C realms.

As a member of a Squad, working in an agile environment alongside the engineering team, your mission will be to create seamless experiences and provide design resources, ensuring the evolution from the current ecosystem of solutions to a platform capable of leading the sector.

About you

• Strong understanding of UX patterns and UI trends.
• Solid knowledge in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. 
• You care about the finest details in the products you create, particularly when dealing with complex flows, with the intent to simplify them. 
• You have experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience in multi-platform projects (iOS/Android and responsive web) will be a plus.
• You are comfortable in an international environment where English is our common language. 
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent experience in a product design role.
