The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible to provide IT Services to our Clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, the Core Infrastructure environment including Datacentres, Application Production, Security, Architecture as well as elements of the Global Services organisation.

ITGP Digital Working
ITGP Digital Working is responsible to provide IT Services to our clients ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. This function includes Infrastructures (Active Directory, Messaging, Instant Messaging, Desktop ...) as well as elements of the Global Services organization.

MISSION :
ITGP Digital Working is responsible for providing IT services to our clients ensuring a digital market evolution, in a secure and efficient environment, and with reliable quality. This function includes infrastructures (Active Directory, email, instant messaging, desktop, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc). As a SharePoint specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the evolution, smooth operation, and operational maintenance of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a SharePoint Engineer:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of SharePoint infrastructures.
- You will manage and resolve incidents that affect the performance of SharePoint/OneDrive, applying root cause analysis and preventative actions.
- You will be in contact with the publisher (Microsoft) for incidents requiring their intervention.
- You will be responsible for managing level 2 to level 3 incidents (technical and functional).
- You will comply with the SLA of incidents assigned to you.
- You will oversee and coordinate patch and security package delivery activities for the various platforms (based on security vulnerabilities reported by Microsoft).
- You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback on the status of the product (OneDrive/SharePoint) and its evolution, and communicating on any issues.
- You will prepare and present accurate and comprehensive reports on performance, quality, and service availability.
- You will identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in delivery processes and practices.
REQUIREMENTS :
Training :
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint: SharePoint Server XX, 2016/201/SE
- Technical expertise in operational systems: Windows Server 2020,2019, 2016, 2012
- SQL server XXX
- API SharePoint On premise.
- Technical expertise in the following languages: PowerShell and PowerShell for SharePoint Online (Pnp,Spo,Csom…), C#, Rest API, JavaScript, JQuery, VB.Net, JSON, XML, SPFX.
- Strong knowledge of IT service delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
- High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience."
