Job Description:

World2Door is seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Growth Manager to accelerate our growth and expansion in the relocation services vertical in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the international/ domestic relocation industry along with strong networking skills and a drive for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Target B2B (corporates) and B2C (end customer) customers needing relocation services.
• Actively engage in demand generation pricing quotations and deal closures both independently and through strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration in the relocation services segment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to generate demand among potential customers relocating internationally.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and service improvements.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance pipeline development and market insights to the management team.
• Represent World2Door at industry events conferences and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the international relocation industry preferably in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
• Track record of successfully managing corporate customers and closing deals in a sales environment is a plus.
• Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
