Responsibilities :
- As an OEM Benelux ISR you will be the primary point of contact for our OEM Distribution channel, key customers, field sales and hunters.
- Partners effectively with OEM channel (distributors and partners) in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account managementl
- You will be responsible for reporting key EMEA metrics relating to the OEM pipeline within SFDC.l
- Ensure focus on accelerating the new OEM New Product Introduction and maximizing the potential revenue
- Engage with internal and external customers at all levels, increasing understanding and adoption of OEM solutions.
- Working with the WW OEM Program team; research and understand the competitive landscape, support business retention and acquisition.
- Continue to drive relationship with OEM stakeholders, engaging the correct resources as and when required. Articulate OEM RTM models for internal and external customers.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )
Knowledge and Skills:
- Track record of end user sales and achieving annual sales quota;
- Knowledge of HPE product, solutions and services portfolio;
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT provider environment with product management, business
- development and/ or sales experience, experience with OEM business preferred;
- Technical understanding or ability to learn the new product introduction process for an OEM
- and associate life cycle and support
- Contribute to EMEA forecast and pipeline management;
- Knowledge of complex processes such as customizations, branding, cross border.
- Strong capability to multi-task and work on different project with tight deadlines;
- Strong communication skills Preferred experience working with different countries and cultural backgrounds;
- Think strategic and contribute to the annual EMEA OEM sales planning;
- Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment Proactive attitude and willingness to travel
