About the role:

The Technical Support Team at Bdeo is responsible for efficiently managing customer issues, configurations, and inquiries. In addition, the team actively contributes to enhancing Bdeo's operational efficiency by developing internal tools, including integrations, scripts, and interfaces, through agile sprint methodologies.

As a key member of the team, you will actively participate in various daily activities alongside Support Specialists. Some examples of your responsibilities include:
