Overview of the Role
Working with a diverse team of Resource Managers, we are looking for a Resource Coordinator to support the strategic resource planning, forecasting and reporting across the European practice areas, covering our offices in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly professional company and will have experience in dealing with tight deadlines, multitasking and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of seniority.
Responsibilities:
- Support day to day staff deployment across several SBUs by understanding European staff skills and development needs
- Form good understanding of projects in pipeline and help prioritise based on commercial drivers and urgency
- Produce weekly utilisation and capacity reports, flagging actions needed to ensure fair distribution of work
- Ensure non-billable activity tracker is up to date, drive and prioritise business development staffing demand
- Deputise for Resource Manager in chairing weekly resourcing calls as and when required
- Ensure accurate information is updated on the scheduling tool
- Ensure skill database is regularly updated by European staff
- Set up and conduct new joiner induction calls for junior staff, to understand their experience and outline key resourcing processes
- Build strong relationships across the European business with internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance and Operations teams
- Provide hands-on technical support and assistance with administrative tasks when required
- Help to provide training on resourcing tools and resourcing processes as and when required

Personal Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker
- Fluency in another European language, ideally German or French, would be highly advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel)
- Previous experience in a Resourcing role would be ideal, but not essential
- Previous experience using a Resource Management/ Planning tool (e.g. Retain) advantageous
