About the Team
The Creative Production Studio is a community which delivers all of our client's creative production requirements to the highest of standards, formed by a multicultural team of creative production experts which delivers marketing assets across Europe (EMEA).
Purpose of the role
- Vision : The EMEA Studio Lead oversees the EMEA studio team and create the deliverables of Creative Production projects, to ensure the highest satisfaction of Indicia Worldwide’s clients.
- Mission : To deliver the Creative Production proposition of Indicia Worldwide through clients, delivering both the best quality and price for our clients´ needs.
- Approach : To establish excellence in creative production delivery through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering and Accountability.
The EMEA Studio Manager will be responsible for the overall studio teams for the EMEA region. To manage, direct and support your studio. You will assist with the delivery of all production projects across all channels, on time and on budget whilst maintaining the highest possible production values .
Supporting and collaborating with the wider Creative Production Operations team on future initiatives .
Therefore, the EMEA Studio Lead will manage the EMEA studio output team, which includes the following tasks:
Management :
- Traffic Management, and resource/capacity planning to ensure adequate resource
- Operational reporting, providing in-depth reports for the region on a weekly and monthly basis
- Identifying the need and facilitating the correct pathway for all overflow work
- Share expertise and specialist knowledge with, and the training of colleagues
- Provide direction to the team driving best practices to produce exceptional work and wider service delivery
Operations :
- Analyse productivity to ensure optimal team resource
- On-going management of team performance and development in line with the personal appraisal and PDP requests, setting team and individual targets in line with both account and company objectives
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the team, gaining trust and respect, and driving engagement to provide a committed and high-performing workforce
Business strategy :
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Client's business and key drivers in that business sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Client stakeholders
- Help to manage Client's expectations in line with contracted SLAs
- Apply a commercial and value-added approach to service delivery
- Act as point of escalation for issues and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution with minimal commercial impact, escalating through senior management when required. Manage risk and mitigate liability around service delivery failure
Delivery:
- Ensure service delivery in line with contracted SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure workflow and quality procedures followed throughout the production cycle by the team
- Challenge status quo to drive operational improvement
- Full understanding of Brand Guidelines and ensure their correct usage
- Apply precise attention to detail in daily tasks
- Attain expert level application knowledge wherever appropriate
- Ensure consistent Studio output
- Be the super user for all the tools and systems within the Indicia Worldwide suite of tools

- Extensive experience in operations management
- Proven ability to exceed targets and SLA delivery
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to deal with conflict resolution
- Relationship building - proven ability to establish strong relationships – both key stakeholders and team
- Excellent core technical Apple knowledge, Networking /Infrastructure &
PC beneficial - Pre-media - Pre-flight & Proofing experience across all media output
- An in-depth
understanding of colour management
- An in-depth knowledge of Adobe CC & Office Suite

Role Requirements
- While the role will be hybrid, the EMEA Studio Manager will be required to work from the Madrid office a few days a week
- Given the project-based nature of the role, you should expect that some days you will have to work outside of the contracted hours of 9.00am to 5:30pm, Mon – Fri. However, you will be able to recover that time in other moments, so we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
- In addition, there might be some bank holidays when you will need to work , based on the needs of the local market you work for. Rest assured that you will be compensated for this extra effort.
