Cobra's support department consists of 8 employees, specialists in the field of HRM and/or Payroll. The department is divided between Almere and Breda in the Netherlands and in Spain we have a colleague in Granada. We have one office day per week per location and the rest of the days we work from home. We start the day at 8:30 AM and every day at 8:45 AM we start a Teams session (huddle) and discuss the details of the day (schedule, figures, change requests and points of interest).

We answer questions from SAAS* customers and internal colleagues about the operation of the Cobra salary and HRM package. In addition to answering telephone questions, you may also have the task of doing the intake, then you handle customer emails. You can also work on online help, test software or be responsible for internal communication with colleagues on a day-to-day basis if we are dealing with performance issues or bugs. You have a break between 12:30 and 1:00 PM or later or earlier in consultation and at 5:00 PM the telephone line closes and you can shut down your laptop.

We are currently looking to expand our team with an HRM specialist (0.6-1).

Experience for the position is not required, but if you do have it, that is a bonus. During your training period you will follow various courses for Cobra, but also courses to get to know the internal organization better. An employment law course is also possible, and your colleagues will also prepare you to answer questions on the telephone and via the ticket system. We register all questions in Topdesk, our incident registration system. Take into account a learning period of more than a year to 2 years, depending on your experience.

In addition to answering questions, we also have meetings with other departments every week. In these meetings, for example, we discuss change requests or transfer incidents that need to be investigated by a developer. We also have (permanent) projects, such as testing (new) software or maintaining online help.

Every year we go out for dinner with the team or do a fun activity.
