Job description

Node is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to lead the execution of the corporate sales strategy across several vertical markets. This role involves identifying contacts within potential clients and partners, building relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the target organisations, creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals. To be successful within this role requires a strong understanding of the local Madrid market and the target industries. Similarly, the candidate must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, and a results-driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Own and execute upon a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve sales targets• Identify additional clients and partners to generate leads and opportunities for sales conversion• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organisations• Create and deliver persuasives sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to close deals• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales strategy and approach• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, results, and forecasts to Node management Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse sales trends and customer feedback to improve the B2B sales strategy• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team• Proficient in Google Workspace and mainstream CRM software EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate industry• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals• Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, tactics, and best practices We offer • Permanent contract• Full-time position with dedicated support and resources• Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and performance• Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization• Access to benefits package• Collaborative work environment with a diverse and talented team• Opportunity to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of urban living globally About the company Node is a global alternative residential asset manager that invests, co-develops and manages high density urban rental communities in creative capital cities around the world.
