Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics.

As a Industrial Plan Manager in Valeo Martos...

Your mission :

Define and set up RO Industrial strategy (footprint, capacity, make or buy, ..)

Industrialize production processes and define new required technologies within the RO

Optimize the industrial footprint of the RO in line with the MTP

Implement the RO industrial standards (process, equipment, plant layout, )

Manage the industrial investments for the RO

Asses, challenge and assure for each site of the RO that capacity level is compliant vs sales forecast, 12 months rolling and for the next 5 years in line with MTP.

Manage product transfers between sites

Coach and animate the industrial resources of sites to share targets, actions, standards and good practices, benchmark synergies related to the product group development

Your responsibilities :

Manage the industrial plan of the RO (industrial footprint, restructuring plan, capacity, make or buy,..) in line with the MTP

Define the program allocation to plants, during NPA process

Manage the industrial RO investments (Cost, compliance with standards)

Manage the RO industrial KPIs (CAPEX, ROCE, Direct Labor / sales, TRP, ) improvement plan

Ensure respect of the PG process / equipment standards

Apply, communicate and enforce the Environment Safety and Security procedures and good practices, know, for their activities and the activities of subcontractors, the potential risks and their consequences.

Be attentive and responsive to them and manage the associated action plans.

Coordinate and push standardization program project for product and process

Desired skills and experience :

Engineering Degree / Master

10 years in Industrialization, automotive industry, 15 to 20 years of professional experience

Passion for the automotive industry

Negotiation English level is mandatory
