As Finance Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accurately recording all reservation-related transactions and managing reconciliation between financial records and reservation transactions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
What you will do:
- Record and accurately account for all transactions related to reservations in the accounting system.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Business Operations team, to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
- Manage the Master Data of our partners.
- Support to the accounting department.
- Provide support on different office management duties.
What you bring:
- Accounting & Administrative background applicable in Spain with at least 1-year experience.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including ability to quickly familiarize with accounting software. Knowledge and previous management of Navision would be a plus.
- Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and can-do approach
- You have outstanding communication skills both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced.
- Fluency in Spanish & English (our company language), both written and spoken.
