From our prominent Recruiting division, we collaborate with a company specialized in the distribution of vegetable oils for the cosmetic market. With headquarters in Catalonia, Spain, and a subsidiary in Lakeland, Florida, USA, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join the team.

Location: Preferably, with the ability to reside near our production plant in Lakeland, Florida, USA.

What would be your responsibilities?

* Manage prospecting and open new clients in the United States, Mexico, Canada, or the Caribbean.
* Create new market opportunities and maintain a proactive approach in customer loyalty.
* Prepare detailed reports of commercial actions to report to the headquarters in Catalonia.
* Develop a robust sales forecast to drive team and production plant growth and performance.
* Coordinate the management of the plant team and collaborate closely with the headquarters.
* Active participation in the business development strategy.

What are we looking for?

* Minimum of three years of experience in business development, specifically in the cosmetics and/or vegetable oils sector.
* Exceptional skills in prospecting and opening new markets.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an international environment.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* High availability for travel between the United States and Spain (headquarters).
* Possibility in the medium/short term to obtain necessary permits to reside in the U.S.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Resolute and disciplined individual.
* Results-oriented and customer-focused.
* Decision-making capability.
