Responsibilities
Research plan design and develop processes & technology solutions for different industries/domain
Passionate about learning and optimizing business processes
Innovate new product ideas and solve problems in a creative manner
Create requirements documentation do a gap analysis a feasibility study and write a solution document
Analyse and develop robust solutions to functional requirements
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other team members to confirm the solution design approach for vertical solutions
Create POCs for business solutions
Involved in preparing presentations for prospective clients for positioning the companys services & offerings
Demonstrate innovation thought leadership or subject matter expertise
Work productively as an individual or in collaboration with others
Business and Process consulting subject matter expertise to help build solutions within the various Industries: Automobile Pharmaceutical Healthcare Telecom other Manufacturing Industries etc.
3 to 6 years of experience as a Business analyst / Solution consultant
Technical exposure to enterprise systems like CPQ PLM ERP CRM etc
In depth knowledge in value chain processes industry trends and enabling technologies
A passion for continuous learning and feedback to improve vertical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both nontechnical business users as well as client technical stakeholders.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic autonomous environment
Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fastpaced environment with continuous challenges
Basic programming & scripting knowledge
Provide assistance to team members by sharing experience and knowledge
This is a fulltime position with a 40hour working week 25 annual leave days and permanent contract
