What do you have to offer?

All round passion in Marketing. But also:

• Fluent in English is mandatory, any other European language is a plus
• Affinity with Scandinavian countries is a great asset (to focus on Scandinavian market during launch)
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Pardot, Marketo) 
• Excellent communication and project management skills • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience in HR industry is a plus

Which task can you expect?

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote and sell HR courses.

• Utilize SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to drive leads and sales

• Collaborate with the team to create engaging and high-converting marketing materials and nurture flows, mainly aimed at boosting subscriptions for our e-learning & webinar platform.

• Monitor and analyse website traffic, metrics, and conversion rates to continuously improve campaign performance

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge
