Job description

Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sales training programs for a global sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain sales training learning for a global sales workforce that includes, but is not limited to, in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, audio, video, activities, assessments, job aids and blended learning experiences.

Support EMEA sales training leads with a training plan, adapt global initiatives and resources to regional needs, assess the effectiveness of the current programs and implement suggestions for continuous improvement

Plan and organize internal and external training programs and maintain them in the Learning Management System (e.g. room booking, setting up virtual meetings, participant lists, contact persons for trainers and participants, billing process, creating reports on activities and feedback).

Onboarding and coordination across regions; Clarify course content with departments and coordinate target groups

In order to be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

Bachelor's degree in business, instructional design, communication, education, or equivalent field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Operations Training, Sales Engineering and/or Sales Enablement role including content development. Marketing experience is a plus.

Certified in Coaching, Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling a plus.

Ability to travel across regions and globally as required (~30% time*).

Fluent in English language – written and spoken. French or German is a plus.
