Tasks
What youll be doing
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
- Delivering exceptional clientcentered resolutions in a timely manner
- Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone email chat and social media
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
What are we looking for
- Fluent level of Hebrew with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (Both written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problemsolving

What do we offer
- Contract: Permanent
- FullTime: (39 hours/week)
- Working days/hours: Sunday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 hour of lunch and 1 early day starting at 8:00 am)
- Salary: 17537.76 gross per year
- Holidays: 24 days holiday per year
- Paid bank holidays 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days per month / or for client visits / Training / the rest working from home
