Job Description SummaryJob Description THE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE We are a small and energetic team of product managers and designers, and we pride ourselves on our all-team collaborative approach and actively encourage learning. We operate in cross-functional teams featuring software and test engineers, data analysts, product design and product management. Our team is responsible for ideating and designing a digital solution aimed at supporting patients, healthcare practitioners, researchers and sponsors throughout the different steps of the clinical research process or routine care . This is achieved by combining advanced tools for the collection of Real-World Evidence with a patient-centric approach. As a product manager in this capacity , you will play a key role in delineating the product's goals, scope, and timelines based on insights obtained from diverse stakeholders regard ing their needs or challenges. Following the identification of potential solutions, the team will valida te the s uitability and feasibility of features through interviews with internal and external users and stakeholders. Once the solution is validated and prioritized , you will be responsible for formulating the development requirements and col laborating with the Engineering team to ensure readiness for development initiation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS We are looking for a multifaceted Product Manager, wh o will be involved not only in strategic planning and prioritization but also hands-on involvement in discovery and design processes .   Planning : maintaining delivery backlog updated and prioritized. Responsible for ongoing communication with the engineering team and other internal stakeholders . Discovery : Conduct ing users and stakeholders' interviews to understand the needs , pain points and desires . Updating documentation and c reating visual representation s to help in conveying ideas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring everyone has a common understanding of the product vision and requirements . Keeping a record of discussions and decisions ( meeting notes, open points , decisions , etc. ) to help in maintaining accountability and ensuring that actions are followed through. Design : collaborating with a dynamic team to create user-centric solutions. Ensure solutions are validated with Engineering, Business and users prior to development. Keeping Product documentation (from requirements to user stories) and QA documentation up to date , maintaining clarity and ensuring that all team members have access to the information they need to do their jobs effectively. Effective communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are key traits. PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES At least 3 years of proven experience in Product Management. Familiarity with developing complex modular, and scalable products. Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management. Strong ability to facilitat e discussions and information sharing. Experience with User-Centered Design, focusing on the needs and experiences of users. Expertise in utilizing Confluence and Jira. Understanding of Regulatory Compliance . Fluent English language skills are mandatory. At least 2 years' experience collaborating in remote cross-functional teams. Preference given to candidates with prior involvement in the healthcare industry.
