Job description
Within SP-DCS-Prefabricated Modular Data Centers LoB we have identified the need of a Supply Chain Planning Leader for ROW.
We are looking for a supply chain leader, with planning skills, solution oriented, technical background on multi product integration within containerized solutions, in charge of the supply chain strategy and planning.
Assessing supply chain flows and follow ups, supporting Tendering and Purchasing, Execution teams. This person will also support the supply chain flows for OG integrators in Europe, MEA and SAM.
Location : Sant Boi, Barcelona Description : This position aims to be the point of contact between Prefab LoB and OG vendors.
Will lead communications with Barcelona Industrialization, Quality, Commissioning and Engineering teams to transfer Prefab best practices and Industrial methodologies to OG Vendor teams.
He will also report to the PM the daily activities of the factory. This person will report to the Operations Director. Key Responsibilities and scope :
- Provide an accurate forecast through Kinaxis,
- Regular review of Prefab’s forecast and needs with Tendering and Purchasing,
- Regular review forecast with IG / OG LV panel builders, Uniflair and FSS,
- Supplier strategy for BCF (factory) analyzing capacity, capabilities, and performance of different vendors,
- Supplier development,
- Provide to tendering lead time of critical components, support them to build the project planning and the best strategy,
- Provide to execution team : support on the strategy and planning, main equipment follow up,
- Weekly meetings with Execution, Tendering and BCF (factory),
- Being the 1st step on any material and equipment escalations,
- Support on develop OG integrators in different regions (quoting) Requirements :
- Engineer, Business (ADE) or similar,
- Previous Supply Chain experience (IG & OG), 2-3years
- Experience managing suppliers including for big accounts / projects (5 to 30M$)
- Strategic thinking,
- Costing and planning skills,
- Proactive, organized, solution oriented,
- Soft skills required,
- English spoken and written,
- Microsoft office proficiency, Microsoft Project,
- Open to travel up to 15% of the time
