We are currently looking for a Sales Support Data Analyst to join us at our facility in Asturias. The position will be a key contributor to business success providing support in day-to-day operations, such as:Analytics and reporting support for the Commercial Incentive Compensation Plan across EMEAStandardization, automation, and simplification of existing Sales Analysis Reporting Maintain and develop KPI Dashboards based on local business needs (DAX, Tableau)Experience designing Sales Analysis reports in Tableau, Power BI, SAP BWERP Master Data standardizationProactively identify areas for improvement in pricing processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements. Optimized management information systems to guarantee accessible, adequate, and reliable information. Business Support (Management, Credit, Cash Applications, AP, Finance, etc. )Develops and drives knowledge sharing and process improvementSupport Handling Internal and External AuditsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years in a Sales or Financial Analyst RoleDegree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsSuperior problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills are a mustExperience working in an international environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills, strong knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse, and Analytic tools and languages Tableau, Power BI, Power Pivot, DAXFocused, organized, results-oriented, decision maker and self-motivated individualLanguage: English and Spanish Business Proficiency (verbal and written)High drive for excellence and continuous improvement, winner’s mentality‘Hands-on’ in financial and analytical practicesNetworking; ability to effectively work with a wide variety of organizations and people.  Flexibility to get rapidly adjusted to new situations in a continuous changing environment.
