FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the Country Managing Director and in close cooperation with Finance Global Functions will be responsible for the entire economic-financial and IT areas, providing optimal information, services, and systems that contribute to the correct decision-making following the business strategies and objectives of the company.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Strategic development: Creation of financial strategy, planning, and implementation of financial policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with Group policies.Relationship with main stakeholders (Group, banks, administrations, associations, and different influence circles)-Contract, process, investment, and cost control: Analysis of main deviations and proposal of savings in collaboration with process owners. Elaboration of saving programs, contract review, grants, etc.-Legal, Insurance, and Compliance: Management and review of the company's contracts and insurance conditions; risk assessment, legal and commercial document review with critical or complex scope and definition.-Reference and support function to local and international Executive Management for financial and legal aspects: Analysis and report of complex financial data and KPIs; feasibility studies and evaluation of investments.-Supervision of IT Department concerning the company’s digitalization projects (ERP and other systems), planning and budget enhancing overall operational efficiency.-Execution and coordination of all activities related to personnel (performance review, development, team building, …).-Local Compliance Officer in the framework of Global Compliance.-Legal representative at associations and companies where the company is a shareholder.REQUIREMENTSProfile we are looking for:- Bachelor’s degree in economics and/or Business Administration.- Master’s in business administration, Finance and/or Postgraduate/Doctorate.- Advanced user of Power BI, MS Excel, and other O365 tools.- SAP-FI and/or other accounting ERPs.- Used to deal with budgeting, auditing and IFRS standards.- More than 10 years working in a multinational company in the Finance and Administration Department and more than 5 years in a senior Finance managerial position.- Experienced and/or knowledgeable in the chemical sector and related industries with special tax requirements.- Excellence in English Language (oral and written) being other languages valued.- Experienced working in a matrix organization in a multi-cultural environment and used to combine a double/triple role, managing local but interacting with global, with or without hierarchical or functional responsibility.- Ability to Team Working, problem solve and strategic vision.- Result-oriented and goal-oriented.- Adaptability and proactivity.
