DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNER

Experience Design

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Digital Product Designers to join our Experience Design team in Zaragoza.

Lower Funnel Team

In the Lower Funnel area, we are responsible for a seamless, personalized and transparent buying and post-sales journey for our consumers.

We analyze consumer insights, Global and Market specific differences, NPS feedback, and analytics data to make user-centered copy and designs to support quick and confident decision making. We measure the impact of these UX improvements, test new experiences and optimize fast.

In Lower funnel you will play a crucial part in the Customer Journey and take pride in scoring the winning goal.

What might impact & success look like for you?

• You will be recognized as a key partner & thought leader for your product team (PO, design, engineers, architects, content designers); driving product discovery to inform the product strategy & quarterly roadmaps with the most valuable opportunity spaces, and ensuring continuous delivery of feasible, viable, and desirable solutions
• You’ll be a star player in our design team; leading by example with your craft excellence & ownership of your design process (research, ideation, validation, delivery).
• You’ll have collaborated with our consumer-facing design & data science teams to shape the next evolution of our platforms; through modular design language, algorithmically-driven experience rendering, and personalization.
• You’ll be a role-model in demonstrating our values, and will show consistent and clear growth in your own knowledge, craft, and behaviours in each quarter.

You’re a good fit for the role if:

• You’ve got 4+ years’ relevant experience designing for complex platforms as part of your deeper product design experience
• Are at home in an agile environment; continuously testing, validating, and iterating on your solutions toward your desired outcomes
• You have experience growing high-impact products and achieving results
• You’re a creator at heart. You’re deeply passionate about your craft and can balance consistency with creativity
• You champion accessibility and inclusivity throughout the user journey
• Can translate business goals into actions & opportunities for your topic/team
• You’re familiar with reporting, KPI creation, and extracting insights from complex dashboards
• You can source, interpret, and implement user feedback and insights into your decisions
• You’re an effective communicator, comfortable presenting complex topics and decisions, and keeping your team & stakeholders involved throughout the process.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience designing for global products (international audiences, multiple languages, etc.)
• Possess a meticulous & detail-oriented mindset
• Have knowledge of, or experience with, front-end technologies, machine learning, personalisation

This role isn’t for you if:

• You’re a lone ranger. We value autonomy but our designers work hand-in-hand with product owners, development, and other craft specialists
• A fast-paced, agile environment isn’t your natural habitat.
