IT Operations Specialist - Service & Support Reporting
Employment Area: IT - Service & Support // Location: Barcelona // Employment Type: Full-time
Advising departments on the topic of key performance indicators
Creating and managing reports and dashboards in ServiceNow
Management and quality assurance of the existing reporting system
We optimize the management of our operational units through clear and comprehensible solutions, and you are part of a motivated, international team
Experience in reporting
performance analysis and statistics
Use or administration of ServiceNow
ITIL Foundation knowledge
Understanding of Service & Support processes.
Think analytically and recognize correlations
Evaluate, review, and test your own work
Prepare and conduct workshops
Explain complex issues in a simplified manner
Fluent English / German an advantage.
You will be part of an international team composed by people from different countries and backgrounds, where you’ll be able to share your experience and knowledge to carry-out team work and meet the objectives.
