For our customer we are seeking a Customer Success Manager. This job offer is for a company with an office in Berlin but you have the flexibility to work remotely from Spain or Portugal.
For our customer we are seeking a businessminded handson enterprise customer success manager who wants join to the team and take on the challenge to change the world of work. In your role you will work closely with our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing the complete talent flow for dedicated customers and you will be measured on the success of your customers.
Responsibilities
- As a valuable member of the customer success team your role encompasses ensuring the success of our largest enterprise customers.
- Leading the implementation of new enterprise clients involves overseeing solution design through to the actual golive.
- Success measurement is achieved through analyzing funnels and proactive measures are taken to enhance client performance.
- Clients benefit from your insights on market trends and your guidance in running successful programs.
- Your proficiency in building and expanding relationship networks extends both internally and with clients.
- Active participation in management meetings is essential to discuss the status of clients and strategize accordingly.
Requirements
- Completion of a masters degree/MBA or an equivalent qualification is required coupled with practical work experience preferably in HR Tech within roles such as customer success manager account manager or delivery manager.
- A high proficiency in English is a prerequisite for the role.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
- Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills along with confidence in interactions across all levels of the company hierarchy is essential.
- The work style should be detailoriented efficient reliable and performanceready.
- Marked pragmatism and solutionoriented approaches are distinctive features coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
