For our department Global Digital & Business Services we are looking for a Business Analyst C4C Service Management to support our team as soon as possible.
Responsible for driving and maintaining optimum system set-up to support effective service delivery within Customer Services and adjacent operations
Arranges training and conducts end user training, development of solution support resources
Engage with Business Process Owners & Experts to align on delivery and development priorities and expectations as well as close cooperation with IT Teams and Business Stakeholders to secure seamless delivery of IT Services
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support delivery implementation
Actively contribute t o project phases and support delivery, t o ensure adoption of global template
Continuously reviews and edits requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution and proactively identifies strengths and weakness and suggests areas of improvement along with possible solutions
Minimum 5 years IT experience in Lead to Cash, incl. Service Management area
Expert knowledge of SAP C4C Service Cloud, S4 and integrations (CPI) required
Advanced knowledge of BW, MDG preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel incl., Power BI preferred
Experience in business process optimization and solution realization
Experience in working cross-functional in relation to projects, teams and stakeholder s
